Bhabhi-sa nahi hai apni kamre mein

The ornamentation of the Chauhan’s Mansion was done with no expenses spared. The mansion situated in the midst of 720 acre land was enough source of light for the surrounding area. The glory to be celebrated was to be written down in history. The Hukum of Rivanshpur (named after Vikram’s great grandfather Rivansh Janaki Chauhan) VikramAditya Chauhan was to be wedded in 2 days. It was a very short period notice but the whole of Rivanshpur were invested in their Hukum’s wedding.

Dressed in royal sherwani suit and golden silk turban VikramAditya sat in the mandap waiting for his bride. Minutes passed with no trace of his little bride.

Shlok(30 years old, Vikram's right hand) came and whispered in his Hukum’s ear only to have him clench his fist tightly and a smirk to come on his lips.

“Beta shubh muhurat nikla ja raha hai. Kahan hai dulhan bitiya?” asked the priest. As the guest began to murmur amongst themselves. Aashya's parents sat worried about their daughter's whereabouts.

“Hum abhi late hain apne dulhan ko, shaadi aaj hi hogi.” With that said Vikram Aditya stood up in his full glory and made way towards the mansion.

“Hukum. Bhabi-sa nahi hain apne kamre mein.” Said Shlok, worry written on his face.
